Virtual Colonoscopy - Pro/Con The utility and accuracy of virtual colonoscopy as a reliable screening tool to replace traditional colonoscopy remains an unresolved issue. We have invited two researchers, Joseph T. Ferrucci, MD of Boston Medical Center and the Boston University School of Medicine, and John H. Bond, MD of the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the University of Minnesota, to contribute views on this issue.
